1. Order Dispatch
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation.
Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (Tracking URL & AWB number).
In case of any delays, we will inform you regarding the expected processing time.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking link.
You can use this link to live track your order and stay updated on the delivery progress.
3. Order Delivery Timeline
Metro cities: Delivery within 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Non-metro cities: Delivery within 5-7 working days from dispatch.
In rare cases, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, operational issues, or festive season delays) may extend the delivery time. Please track your order using the provided details.
Important Note: OTP-Based Delivery
A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery.
Our logistics partners follow an OTP-based delivery system. Failure to provide or receive the OTP may result in non-delivery.
If the package is returned to our warehouse due to OTP failure, additional shipping charges will apply for reshipment. Customers must bear the reshipping cost.
4. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: We provide free shipping for all prepaid orders across India.
COD Orders: A ₹100 cash handling charge applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
