When will my order be delivered?
Upon dispatch, our logistics partner will contact you to confirm the delivery time. Please ensure your phone is accessible, as an OTP will be required for verification upon delivery.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
No worries! Our courier partners will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to our warehouse. If your prepaid order is undelivered, it can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee of ₹125. If the order is canceled, a refund coupon code will be issued after deducting a ₹250 shipping charge.

What should I do if my payment is debited but I haven’t received an order confirmation?
Don’t worry! Your funds are secure. Check your bank account within 10 minutes. If the amount isn’t refunded, email us at connect@sampatprada.com with your transaction details, name, and email ID used for the order. We’ll resolve your query promptly (Monday–Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
Are there any hidden charges?
No, all prices are inclusive of GST are displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment. There are no hidden charges.

We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. We offer an easy return policy where a coupon code equivalent to the returned product's value will be issued for future purchases.
Is my product eligible for return?
All products purchased from our website are eligible for return. Simply email us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the return process.
How do I return a product?
Email connect@sampatprada.com within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product (with tags intact) and the reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions within 48 hours. Please note if the price tags are removed, then they are considered used and will not be eligible for return.
Who is responsible for shipping the returned product?
Customers are responsible for returning the product in its original condition. In select cases, we may arrange a pickup for an additional fee of ₹200, confirmed via email.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued as coupon credits equivalent to the product’s value. For COD orders, a ₹125 deduction applies due to cash-handling charges. Refunds for prepaid returns with partial product returns will not incur any deductions.
